YOGA
Yoga is a way of life, not just an exercise.
Ariella has been practicing yoga for over 17 years, from adolescence into adulthood. In 2015, Ariella completed her 200 HR RYT with Yoga Culture in Danbury, CT, and has been teaching yoga classes ever since.
Specializing in the Iyengar style, multiple classes and variations are offered under Rose Yogi:

All styles and practices are offered in both private and group settings with ample focus on alignment and connection of movement with breath.
Virtual sessions are also available for your convenience through Zoom. All levels and ages are welcome to flow freely!
